In a nutshell: When you shop with us, you agree to these Terms plus our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds. Most items are made-to-order, prices are in USD, and delivery times are estimates. Defects are covered—see our Returns page for how to get help.
1) Using our site
By browsing or buying from OnlyCats, you agree to these Terms and our policies. If you’re buying through a marketplace (Google/YouTube Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Shops, TikTok Shop), that platform’s rules may apply to that order.
2) Who can shop
You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian’s consent). Keep your account details accurate and secure—you’re responsible for activity on your account.
3) Our products
Most items are printed on demand, which reduces waste and lets us offer more sizes/styles. Small differences in color/placement can happen from screen to print. We may update products, prices, or availability at any time and limit/cancel orders to prevent fraud or abuse.
4) Prices & paying
- Prices are shown in USD. Taxes, shipping (if any), and fees are shown at checkout.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). We don’t store full card numbers.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for your order total.
5) Orders & cancellations
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is processed and we start production.
- Because items enter production quickly, changes/cancellations are best made within 1 hour—email hello@onlycats.boutique with “URGENT” and your order number.
- We’ll contact you if we need to cancel or adjust an order (for example, suspected fraud or unavailable items).
6) Shipping & delivery
- Production time: usually 2–5 business days before shipment (varies by item/season).
- Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates—carriers can have delays.
- Risk of loss/title pass to you at delivery to the address you provide. Please double-check your address; reshipments for address errors may have a cost.

7) Returns, exchanges & refunds
We cover defects, misprints, damage, and wrong items. For size or preference changes, we usually can’t take returns on made-to-order items, but we offer a helpful re-order discount when eligible.
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Start a claim: email returns@onlycats.boutique with your order # and photos if damaged/defective.
- Refunds: to your original payment method once approved (bank posting times vary).

8) Promos, gift cards & store credit
- Promo codes can’t be combined unless we say so and don’t apply to taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
- Gift cards are final sale, have no fees, and don’t expire (unless the law says otherwise). Treat them like cash.
- Store credit can be used on eligible items and isn’t redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
9) Reviews & photos (your content)
We love seeing your cats! If you leave a review, upload a photo, or tag us (e.g., @onlycatsboutique or #onlycatsboutique), you give us permission to reuse that content in our store, on social, or in marketing. Only post content you own and that’s appropriate—we may moderate or remove content if needed. Questions about ownership? Email legal@onlycats.boutique.
10) Play nice (acceptable use)
Please don’t break laws, post harmful/deceptive content, try to hack or scrape our site, or abuse chargebacks. We may suspend accounts that put customers, our partners, or our shop at risk.
11) Our designs & brand
Our logos, product designs, and site content belong to OnlyCats or our partners. Please don’t use them without written permission. If you think something on our site uses your copyrighted work, email legal@onlycats.boutique with details (link to the page, what you own, and how to contact you).
12) Shopify powers our shop
We run on Shopify. You buy from OnlyCats Boutique, not from Shopify. Shopify helps us process payments and run the store, but isn’t responsible for our sales or products.
13) Third-party tools & links
We use and link to services like payment providers, shipping carriers, and social platforms. They have their own terms and privacy policies.
14) Warranties & liability (the simple version)
We work hard to make great stuff, but sometimes things go sideways. The site and products are provided “as is.” If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the product(s) involved in the last 12 months, as allowed by law.
15) Disputes & governing law
California law applies. If we can’t work something out informally, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration with AAA in Los Angeles County, California, with a single arbitrator. No class actions or jury trials.
Not your thing? You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing legal@onlycats.boutique with your full name and the statement “I opt out of arbitration.” You (or we) can still use small-claims court or ask a court for urgent orders about IP or security.
16) Changes to these Terms
We update policies sometimes. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, you’re agreeing to the new Terms.
