TL;DR: Free standard shipping on every order. Most items are made to order (Printify) in 2–4 business days, then delivered within the time windows below. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages—you won’t pay extra. Need it faster? Select an expedited upgrade at checkout when available.

1) Processing & Production Time

  • Made to order: Most products are produced in 2–4 business days before they ship.
  • Embroidery, all-over print, and blankets: 3–7 business days.
  • Weekends and holidays aren’t production days.

We’ll email tracking as soon as each package ships.

2) Where We Ship (Free Standard Shipping)

  • United States — free standard shipping.
  • Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia & New Zealand — standard shipping where Printify has coverage (price shown at checkout).

Note: Because we use multiple Printify facilities, your order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

3) Estimated Delivery (After Production)

These are typical carrier transit times and don’t include the production times above.

Weather, customs, and carrier volumes can cause delays—those are outside our control, but we’ll help if anything goes off-track.

4) Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed when each package ships.
  • If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking emails.

5) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Wrong or incomplete address? Email shipping@onlycats.boutique within 1 hour of ordering with “URGENT ADDRESS” in the subject. Once production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
  • Returned to sender / undeliverable: We can reship to a corrected address; re-shipping may be charged.
  • Marked “Delivered” but missing: Check with household members/neighbors and wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early). If still missing, contact us—we’ll help file a carrier claim and can offer a discounted reprint if the claim is denied.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may incur import duties, VAT, or fees charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout unless stated. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email returns@onlycats.boutique within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll reprint or refund—see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

8) Cancellations

Orders move to production quickly. To cancel, email shipping@onlycats.boutique within 1 hour of checkout. After production begins, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.

9) Holiday Peaks

From November–December, printers and carriers are busier. Order early—estimates still apply, but specific holiday-date delivery isn’t guaranteed once carrier cut-offs pass.

10) Packaging & Sustainability

Orders ship in protective mailers or boxes sized to the product. We route to the closest production facility when possible to reduce transit distance and emissions.


If you purchased via Google/YouTube Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Shops, or TikTok Shop, their shipping/return workflows may apply to that order. We’ll still support you—just start the request in the platform’s order page.
