Refund policy

Quick summary (TL;DR)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost-in-transit items).
- How to start: Email returns@onlycats.boutique with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
- Return shipping: For approved claims due to defect/damage/our error, OnlyCats pays (we provide a prepaid label if a physical return is required). We generally do not accept change-of-mind/size returns for POD items.
- Refund method & timing: Refunds to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval; most banks post funds in 3–10 business days.
- Fees: No restocking fees.
1) What we’ll fix (free reprint or refund)
We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, incorrect item/size/color, or that is lost in transit.
- Examples: off-center print, holes/tears, stitching defects, severe discoloration, wrong variant shipped, carrier damage.
- What we need: your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged).
- Deadline to report: within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments).
- Return shipping for approved claims: covered by OnlyCats. If a physical return is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid label and the correct return address.
2) Returns we can’t accept (POD reality)
Most items are printed on demand just for you, so we generally can’t accept returns for:
- Change of mind or style/color preference changes.
- Wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart (typical tolerance is ±1″ / 2.5 cm).
- Minor color variation between screen and print.
- Unauthorized returns sent to the manufacturer address on the label.
Sizing oops? Email us—when eligible we’ll offer a one-time 30% re-order discount on the correct size.
3) Address issues & “delivered but not received”
- Wrong/incomplete address: if a package returns to sender or is misrouted, we can reship to a corrected address; reshipping costs (and reprint if needed) may apply.
- Marked “Delivered” but missing: check with household members/neighbors and wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early). If still missing, contact us to start a carrier claim. If the claim is denied, we can offer a discounted reprint.
4) Exchanges
We don’t stock inventory to swap 1-for-1. If you need a different size/color, place a new order; where eligible, we’ll apply the one-time 30% re-order discount noted above.
5) Cancellations & order changes
Print-on-demand orders enter production quickly.
- Change or cancel within 1 hour of purchase by emailing returns@onlycats.boutique with “URGENT” in the subject.
- After production starts, cancellation/interception isn’t guaranteed.
6) How to start a claim
- Email returns@onlycats.boutique within the time frames above.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (front view, close-up of the issue, and packaging if damaged).
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and confirm a free reprint or refund. If a physical return is required, we’ll send a prepaid label and the correct return address.
7) Refund method & timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once approved, we process refunds within 3–5 business days; most banks post funds in 3–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are refundable only when the issue is our fault (defect, misprint, wrong item).
- No restocking fees.
8) Marketplace orders
If you purchased through Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Shops, or TikTok Shop, please initiate the return via that platform’s order page to meet their timelines. We’ll handle your case the same way (free reprint/refund for defects).
9) Non-returnable items
- Digital/downloadable goods (if offered)
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page
10) Gifts
If you received a gift, we can reprint a defective item and ship it directly to you. For refunds, the original purchaser’s payment method is credited.
11) Holiday & special-event orders
Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31: defect claims remain 30 days from delivery. For gifts, we honor size re-order discounts through Jan 15.
12) Return address
Return addresses vary by production facility. Please contact us first—unauthorized returns sent to the manufacturer address on your label may be lost and are not refundable.
