Mobile Terms of Service

The OnlyCats mobile messaging program (the “Service”) is operated by OnlyCats Boutique (“OnlyCats,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may update or discontinue the Service, or update these Mobile Terms, at any time as permitted by law. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.


1) Enrollment & Consent

By consenting to receive text messages from OnlyCats, you authorize us to send recurring SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including if that number is listed on any state or federal Do-Not-Call registry. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automatic messaging technology, or similar tools.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can shop with us without opting in to texts.

2) What We Send

  • Transactional / service messages – order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts, support follow-ups.
  • Promotional messages – product launches, promotions, specials, cart/browse reminders, and other marketing offers.

3) Message Frequency, Fees & Eligibility

  • Frequency: varies by activity and preferences.
  • Costs: We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
  • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number provided, and you must be 13+ (or the age of majority in your region, if higher).

4) Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or email support@onlycats.boutique.

If you subscribe to multiple OnlyCats text programs, you must opt out of each program separately where required by law. Note that transactional texts (e.g., order/shipping updates) may still be sent where permitted or required to fulfill our services to you.

5) Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a current, valid mobile number and update it if it changes. If you recycle your number, please opt out before changing or contact us to update your details.
  • Ensure your device and plan can receive SMS/MMS messages and pay any charges billed by your carrier.

6) Program Changes

We may change any short code, long code, or sender ID used for the Service. If you send a message (including STOP/HELP) to an obsolete number or code, we may not receive it and will not be responsible for honoring requests sent there.

7) Carrier Disclosure

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and performance of SMS/MMS services may vary by carrier and location.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any failures, delays, or misdirected delivery of messages; for any errors in content; or for actions you take or do not take in reliance on the Service.

9) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected in connection with the Service is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the phone number you provide, message content, and engagement data (e.g., delivery, clicks) which may be processed by our messaging provider(s) on our behalf.
